The palace has been around a long time👌 the lemon potatoes are to die for! The fish is so fresh it's literally flying off the plate! Service is professional with a beautiful smile

The palace offers a classic Greek experience for dining. Ask your server for a recommendation, they're happy to learn about your tastes and dietary limitations and recommend or craft the perfect meal. Ask for Bread with oil and vinegar while you wait on the appetizer and don't forget to order a wine or beer pairing with each course. The bill will be totally reasonable and the portions will fill you up with a little to take home. In classic Greek fashion, you feel like family when you're dining at The Palace and any request is welcome if it makes your meal more perfect. I loved the charm and inviting feel, and I would say it is the perfect place to bring a family and send everyone on their way full and happy. Enjoy.

This is a very lovely restaurant with lovely, friendly and attentive staff. It's just opposite Pape station and I wandered in. Food was great and delicious and the waiter put me on to an AMAZING hot sauce that I'll definitely go hunting for.

Trip down memory lane as my parents lived on Woodycrest in the 40's so we always came back to the area when we visited from Saskatchewan. In the 70s we made this a regular stop for for family dinners and the service and food as as excellent now as they were then.

The chicken souvlaki was so delicious. The hummus seasoning was different to what I am used to, but very yummy.The service is really good. There is a charm to that place. I highly recommend trying it.

We enjoyed the service and food

Ordered takeout over the phone today, wanted to get some lovely Greek food. I actually thought I was ordering from a restaurant that my friend recommended, it was a great mistake that I ordered from this restaurant instead. Food was hot a fresh and super tasteful. The person I spoke to was super friendly and gave amazing service, he recommend the chicken dinner and pork dinner, which I ordered. We also ordered the Greek salad. This restaurant seems like a gem right across Pape station, easy to miss but when you walk in...amazingly welcoming! All the food they were cooking smelled amazing and looked so fresh! Food was ready as soon as I walked in and I was greeted by the person I spoke to over the phone. I tried the chicken and pork which were both flavourful and great! Based on everything this great restaurant deserves 5 stars for service and food and this is only just based on take out! Can’t imagine what it would be like eating here!

Great service and good food!

The ambiance and reasonable prices at Palace are a definite draw. We had a great dinner on a busy Saturday night. Despite seeming a little rushed, the service and quality were still wonderful. Really enjoyed the quail, and the saganaki is a must. The glaktobouriko was to die for, and a great way to end the meal (went great with a little ouzo).

This is a very very nice Greek restaurant with good fresh food prepared nicely. Attentive staff and appreciate the watchful eye of owner.

My wife and I had dinner last night at the Palace Reataurant on Pape Ave in Toronto and I would have to say that it was one of the most enjoyable dining experiences we have had in a long time. The Greek salad was perfect and the sea bream and peppercorn steak were all cooked perfectly. We really enjoy the family atmosphere and friendliness of the owner Peter Nd his family.

Great food, handy location

Such an unassuming greek restaurant right across from Pape station. The decorations are old but I really like the old school charm feel about it. The potatoes are very lemony.Really like that pork souvlaki dinner came with stick out. Calamari was so so good. The staff was very nice and welcoming.

Amazing culinary experience. This is a beautiful, cozy family operated restaurant located at Greektown where you can eat authentic Greek food at a reasonable price. The customer service is extraordinary, Peter, the waiter, recommended us a Greek wine and it was very good (32), then we tried the grilled calamari (16), the Greek salad (10) chicken souvlaki (19) and quails (22), and finished with Greek coffee (3) and with a complimentary shoot of Uzo. Excellent food and good portions, we'll be back soon!

Awesome food and service. We were a party of 6 and instead of ordering individual plates, we had the entrees plattered so we could try different dishes and I have to say, the food on our visit was absolutely spectacular! Seasoned and cooked to perfection!!! Another big bonus... There is a parking lot right beside the restaurant or if you take transit, it's right across from Pape Station.

Great place for a quick bite to eat without paying too much! Good prices on wine! Great service! Although the decor is dated however, my mom liked it because tables have white tablecloths and napkins! The veggies tasted like they were out of a can but overall fresh! Washrooms you have to go down in a basement and are in it's original conditions probably from 30 years ago. Overall was an ok experience! Parking very reasonable next door. Make sure you pay or risk getting a ticket! *** Three stars!

Love this place ! Had a great experience my first time. The food and service was excellent ! I was served by John (one of the owners) he was great throughout the evening. Very friendly and personable and you can see he has pride in his restaurant. They also gave my girlfriend a beautiful piece of baklava on the house as it was her birthday. I will definitely be back soon !
